Pole Dancing Session
Levels 1, 2 and 3+
Did you know that pole dancing burns between 300-500 calories per hour! FINALLY, there is a FUN and sexy way to burn off those extra pounds, get toned and feel better about yourself than you ever have before! You'll get confidence you never knew you had!
Each week includes new spins, tricks & transitions which build upon the earlier lessons. Students can expect to learn more advanced pole moves, due to the strengthening and conditioning of their bodies.
Your class includes: (minutes are approximated)
Warm Up ~ 10 minutes
Pole Tricks/Transitions/Floor Work ~ 55 minutes
Cool down and stretch 10-15 minutes
Limited to a max of 5 students to ensure everyone gets their own pole!
What to Wear?
~Capri's or Yoga type pants, but shorts are prefered (don't worry, we are dimly lit with
forgiving black light/soft light) Not too baggy!
~Form fitting T-Shirt or Tank top/sports bra or tube top
~NO LOTION, OILS OR PERFUMES PLEASE!!
~Bare feet (heels are optional after the 3rd week...we have a catalog of shoes offered at a
huge discount!)
Cost: $100 per 4 week session (coming once per week on the day/time you choose
when registering)
Monthly memberships are available
Duration: 75 minutes
Levels 2 & 3 must have instructors permission to advance.
Level 3+ is a mixed level class Super FUN!!!
