Class Policies

We are a WOMENS ONLY FACILITY.  No men will be allowed without prior consent of the owners of Diva Den Studio!

Drop In Fitness & Dance Classes
When you come to Diva Den Studio, you'll notice that we don't pack 90 people in a class like the big gyms do, we like to keep things more "personal", so in fairness to others, if you reserve a spot in a class and can not make it for any reason, please cancel your spot immediatly.  This opens your spot up for others to enjoy our services!

Privacy is very important to us, spectators (aka lookyloos) are never allowed in the dance & fitness rooms.  We want everyone to feel comfortable and no one likes to be watched while they work up a sexy sweat!  So if you plan on being in the room, you must reserve a spot and participate.

Please do not note take, video tape or photograph anyone with consent of the instructor.

Children are not allowed during class.  Please pre-arrange a spot for your child in our Lollipops Kidzone if open.

Age Requirements
Many of our classes are 18 and over only.  However, we have many classes that are available to those 14 and over with parents written consent.  Parent MUST be present when first registering at Diva Den Studio and must fill out the proper paperwork. 

Perfume/Smoking Policy
Yes, we know, you've probably never seen that one!  However, the owners, some instructors and many clients are allergic to perfumes.  Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, or dowsing yourself in it.  Also, please out of courtesy to others, do not smoke before entering our facility.   We have children that come into Diva Den Studio, and we must keep them safe from "third hand smoke".  Not to mention, it's bad for you! :) You can not get the full effect of your workout after smoking.  If you must smoke, please do so after class in your vehicle.  Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Pole Dance & other dance sessions
Due to our very limited class size and in fairness to others, there are no refunds on reserved spots.

If you cannot make your session and there is another session that is not full by the last day of registration, you may attend (please call me or email first).  Otherwise, you will have to wait until there is a spare opening.

If you miss a day, you may come to another class to make up missed time. Please pre-arrange with your Instructor first to ensure that a spot is available.  We can not guarantee open spots, so assume at your own risk.

Cancellation policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation on all private personal training, private pole dance lessons, drop-in classes and all services.

Arrival/Departures
If this is your first time coming to Diva Den Studio, Please arrive at least 15-25 minutes prior to class/party time.  This ensures time for filling out paperwork, photo id picture taken, membership card (if purchased) and handeling of any payments necessary.

Returning students, as a courtesy to others, please arrive a few minutes early.

Damages
If any damages are caused by you due to neglect on your part to the premises of, in and around Diva Den Studio, you will be held accountable and charged accordingly with proper invoice.



Party Policies

Deposits
The deposit is $100, and that goes towards the total cost of the party.  The deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 2 weeks of the party, before that it's 50% refunded.  You can however change the dates if needed with no penalty, but I need at least 2 weeks notice. 

Please arrive a MINIMUM of 15 minutes prior to party time.  If you arrive late, it will cut into your party time slot and we don't want that!  We do many parties back to back, so it is crucial that you arrive early.

We have a dressing room for you to get ready for the party or to get ready to go out for the night after your party.

Please dispose of all garbage and help us keep our facility clean, please promptly clean any spills.  If food, drink, plates, utensils, cups etc are left behind, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $25, charged to the card that made the deposit.

To book your party....

Plese click on the "Log in & Sign up" button at the top of each page.  This will take you to our online secure registration system.  From there, choose pole parties, pick your days/times and the system will tell what times are availalbe.  Pay your deposit and that's it! 

The remainder of balance will be paid at the beginning of your party.  Exact cash is fastest.  If we have several ladies wanting to pay their share with a card, you must arrive 25 minutes early as this takes time.

Travel Fees for In-Home Pole Parties
Due to the high cost in gas and extended travel time, some locations may have a travel fee.  This travel fee is per party NOT per person.  The fees are as follows
